The Book

In my lifetime, I’ve spoken with hundreds of entrepreneurs and learnt their stories. Each story was unique, and yet I could not help but notice some patters. I also noticed that common business strategies worked for some, but not for others. Furthermore, when entrepreneurs acquired knowledge to improve some business metrics, new information surfaced challenging the existing trends. All of that happening simultaneously, non-stop, and sometimes with frustratingly low predictability. I decided to take an observer point of view and look from a broader context of entrepreneurship as a part of life. That brought my AHA moment: entrepreneurship is treated like a math science, but it’s a living matrix. The inputs, rules and contexts fluctuate non-stop. Variables change so fast and so often that by the time you have calculated one route to success, the roads had changed the directions, the mileage extended, and the speed got automatically effected, all while entrepreneurs still juggle daily operations. All of that created thousands of opportunities and dead ends in a matrix that only a few entrepreneurs can grasp.

“How does this living business matrix function?” I’m answering this question in my interactive book. Why is it interactive? Because I’m writing it as we speak, and I’ve been researching the concept for over 6 years. It’s finally ready to be shared with other entrepreneurs.
